'Hi everyone. I will share some of the common incidents that happened in our industry which is in the kitchen department.  We all know that kitchen area is a complex room because you are combining water, gas, electricity and people in one area.  Some incidents in the kitchen department;  1. Burns Burns occur whilst either putting something or taking it out of the oven or touching a hot pan.  2. Fire Be careful on how the handles of the pots are facing and remember that small hands can touch them as well. So keep them out of reach.  3. Burning Clothes Remember to use the correct oven mittens and not towels.
